A Letter From Fr. Tri

Dear parishioners,

I want to share with you what we are working on and we need your extra help. As you may have known, our sound and video system is on it's last leg. During this past Sunday evening Mass it stopped working. Now we have to use a small portable system for daily Mass. The processor burned out. So we found a used processor on Ebay. We do not know whether it will work or how long it will last, and we do not know whether we will have it temporarily fixed for next Sunday. This is only a temporary solution. We need to replace the core parts of our system. Now, in this current day things won’t last long. Especially electrical stuff, it only lasts about 10 years and they are very expensive.

So the replacement and the improvement would cost about $80,000.00 to $90,000.00. The improvements are the cordless micro-phones for the choirs and a portable camera. We need everyone help to raise extra funds for this project. We will have a special envelope for the sound system in our envelope package for August. We will extra envelopes available in the foyer next week. We also can donate online as well. You always have been very generous. I believe we would not have any problem to raise the funds for this project soon. Thank you for your generosity.
