St. Jude Women’s ACTS Retreat — November 19–22, 2026

 

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and experience a truly transformative weekend. Join us for the St. Jude Women’s ACTS Retreat, November 19–22, 2026.

 

Held at the Norbertine Abbey Spirituality Center (5825 Coors Blvd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121), this retreat offers a welcoming space for spiritual renewal, personal reflection, and meaningful connection with other women of faith.

 

The retreat begins Thursday evening, November 19, with 6:00 p.m. Mass at St. Jude Thaddeus Parish and concludes Sunday, November 22, with 11:00 a.m. Mass, followed by a reception in the Parish Hall.

 

The cost is $200 per person and includes lodging, meals, and retreat materials. Registration is first-come, first-served, with a waiting list available once capacity is reached. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Checks should be made payable to St. Jude Thaddeus ACTS and may be submitted to the St. Jude Parish Office.

ACTS Ministry

ACTS Mission is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ among Catholic Communities by promulgating ACTS.


What does ACTS stand for?

  • Adoration: Responding through prayer and worship to receiving God’s gifts of grace, mercy and love.
  • Community: Living and participating in the One Body of Christ as Church, beginning with the parish.
  • Theology: Deepening our relationship with God through prayerful study to better understand and fulfill His will for our lives.
  • Service: Answering the call to discipleship by following the model that Christ gave us.


What is an ACTS Retreat?

  • An ACTS Retreat is a parish-based event which offers parishioners an opportunity to experience the love of Jesus Christ. This in turn fosters a desire for intentional discipleship.
  • ACTS Retreats are given by parishioners for parishioners, and in this way, serve to build Christian community at the parish.
  • ACTS Retreats have enriched the spiritual lives of men and women; retirees, rich and poor Catholics and non-Catholics.


The ACTS Retreat begins Thursday evening and ends with Sunday Mass in the parish.

While utilizing prayer, service, and teaching, the ACTS Retreat meets people where they are in their spiritual journey and invites them to experience God in a manner that is both personal and communal.


In this way, the ACTS Retreat fulfills the mission of:


“Spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ among Catholic communities through ACTS.”
