Bereavement Ministry

All Souls Day Annual Remembrance Mass
Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the Church

All those wishing to honor a loved one who has passed is invited to attend the Annual Remembrance Mass on Saturday, November 3rd.

A slideshow will be part of the service, and a potluck will follow the Mass. If you would like to have a loved one in the show, please send their picture to . No messages this year please, due to space limitations. Pictures can be submitted up until October 24th.

St. Jude Bereavement Ministry provides the following services:

  • Special assistance and support to those who are terminally ill and their families.
  • Special assistance to the bereaved before and after death of a loved one.
  • Continued contact with the bereaved family members through phone calls, cards, and letters during their first year of loss.
  • Memorial Prayer Service held in November.

This Ministry is exceptionally important, as it assists people in their greatest time of need, when they are grieving and need help planning a funeral. From members of the Ministry: “We receive many ‘thank-you’s’ and notes after the services and everyone says ‘we don’t know how we could have gotten through this without your help’.
