The Catholic Daughters of the Americas is one of the oldest and largest organizations of Catholic women in the Americas.

The CDA motto is “Unity and Charity.”Catholic Daughter women enjoy each other’s company at meetings and work hard for their parishes and communities. Deeply spiritual, together they share faith, love of God and a distinctly feminine spirituality alluded to by Pope John Paul II when he spoke of the necessity of “feminine genius” in today’s world. The Catholic Daughters of the Americas organization at St. Jude (Court 2608) has joined the ranks of so many groups/organizations that have adapted to operating in the days of COVID 19!  The recording secretary for the group, Debbi May, has shared that this St. Jude group is still holding regularly scheduled monthly meetings via the on-line format Zoom.

"We’re also still making monthly meals for Casa Esperanza and currently discussing ideas for fundraisers to be able to award a youth scholarship like we’ve done in past years."

If you’d like to know more about what we do and this active, friendly, fun, spiritually led group, please contact any member you might know, or email Debbi May @ or call (505) 604-9213.  We’d love to hear from YOU!
